Compare the rotations admitted on the tool with the one’s selected on the machine, ad- just accordingly. All the equipment’s should have the proper protections, according with the applied law. Use the proper protection for each type of job. ■ During use 1. Control the wear of the tool. 2. During the cut, chips of wood together with resin, are glued in the cutting edges. This will cause the reduction of the cutting angle, causing the diminishing of the capacity to remove the chips and consequently increasing the cutting effort. The cutter should be cleaned frequently. ■ SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN Bei einem Werkzeug zum Schneiden von Holz besteht aufgrund des positiven Schnit- twinkels, der Scharfkantigkeit und der hohen Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit Verletzungsgefahr. Deshalb empfehlen wir Folgendes Vor dem Einsatz in die Maschine: Wie auch der Hersteller das Werkzeug vor Transportschäden schützt, sollte auch der Bediener bei dessen Handhabung größte Sorgfalt walten lassen. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Spannschrauben, welche die Messer halten, gut angezogen sind. 4. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Schneidekanten des Werkzeugs in einwandfreiem Zustand sind. 5. Überprüfen Sie die Drehrichtung. 6. Überprüfen Sie die für das entsprechende Werkzeug vorgeschriebene Drehzahl. Alle Gerätschaften sollten gemäß geltendem Recht über die entsprechenden Schutz- vorrichtungen verfügen. Verwenden Sie für jeden Arbeitsgang die entsprechende Schutzeinrichtung. ■ Während des Gebrauchs 1. Überprüfen Sie den Werkzeugverschleiss 2. Während des Schnittes können Holzschnit- zel und Harz die Schneiden verkleben. Dies führt zu einer Reduzierung des Schnittwin- kels, die Verklebungen können nur schwer entfernt werden und dies wiederum führt zu einem erhöhten Schnittaufwand. Die Sch- neiden sollten regelmäßig gereinigt werden.
