Safety Requirements Consignes de Sécurité 1 – Introduction FREZITE use high quality raw materials and, according to advanced te- chnological processes, offers high quality engineering solutions in cut- ting tools with applications in the wood, plastics, metals, composite and others processing industries. All FREZITE milling tools and circular saw blades are produced respecting the normative specifications described in EN 847-1. In order to ensure flawless operation of your new tool and your safety, we recommend that you carefully read all safety and usage instructions before first use. 2 – How to Read a FREZITE Tool: 1 – Logo from FREZITE 2 – Tool code 3 – Tool dimensions 4 – Cutting material 5 – Number of cutting tips 6 – Tooth geometry (saw blades) 7 – Maximum rotational speed 8 – Construction specifications 9 – Manufacture series number 3 – Safe Working Practice 3.1 – General Tools shall be used only by persons of training and experience who have knowledge of how to use and handle tools. 3.2 – Maximum Speed The maximum rotational speed marked on the tool shall not be excee- ded “n max.". Where stated, the speed range shall be adhered to. 3.3 – Circular Saw Blades Circular saw blades, the bodies of which are cracked, shall be scrapped (repairing is not permitted). 3.4 – One Piece Tools Tools with visible cracks shall not be used. 3.5 – Fastening of Tools and Tool Parts 3.5.1 – Tools and tool bodies shall be clamped in such a way, that they shall not loosen during operation. 3.5.2 – For tools with friction lock a setting gauge shall be used to main- tain radial and axial cutter projections Cr and Ca, as described in EN 847-1. 3.5.3 – Careshallbetakenofmountingtoolstoensurethattheclampingisby the hub respectively by the clamping surfaces of the tool and that the cutting edges are not in contact with each other or with the clamping elements. 1 – Introduction FREZITE emploi des matières-premières de haute qualité et avec l’application de processus technologiques très avancés, nous sommes dans la position de proposer des solutions de ingénierie de qualité su- périeure pour des outils de coupe avec applications dans les industries de transformation de bois, plastiques, métaux et matériaux composites, entre autres. Dans le sens de vous assurer un parfait fonctionnement de votre nouvel outil, et pour votre sécurité, nous vous recommandons de lire avec beaucoup d’attention toutes les ins- tructions d’utilisation et sécurité avant la première utilisation. 2 – Comme interpréter un outil FREZITE: 1 – Logotype FREZITE 2 – Référence de l’article 3 – Dimensions 4 – Type de matériel coupant 5 – Nombre de dents 6 – Type d’affutage de la dent 7 – Rotation maximum de travail 8 – Type d’avance 9 – Numéro séquentiel de fabrication 3 – Procédures de Sécurité 3.1 – Généralités Les outils doivent être utilisés seulement par des personnes compé- tentes, c'est-à-dire des personnes expérimentées et formées qui savent comment utiliser et manipuler les outils. 3.2 – Vitesse Maximale La vitesse maximale marquée sur l'outil ne doit pas être dépassée. Res- pecter l’indication “n max.” 3.3 – Lames de Scie Circulaires Les lames de scies circulaires dont les corps sont fissurés ou endom- magés doivent être rebutées (aucune réparation est autorisée). 3.4 – Outils Monoblocs Les outils comportant des fissures ou détériorations visibles ne doivent pas être utilisés. 3.5 – Montage et Fixation des Outils et Éléments d'Outils 3.5.1 – Les outils et corps d'outils doivent être fixés de façon à ce qu'ils ne se démontent pas en cours d'utilisation. 3.5.2 – Dans le cas d'outils à fixation par friction, le guide demise en place ou le calibre de réglage fournis doivent être utilisés pour maintenir les dépassements radiaux et axiaux d'arête définis dans la norme EN 847-1.
